如今我國工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)進(jìn)程正在不斷加快,由此也帶動(dòng)了不銹鋼制品市場(chǎng)需求量的增長(cháng)。而大家都知道,目前很多不銹鋼制品都是需要加工生產(chǎn)的,再加上城市經(jīng)濟水平的提高,所以近年來(lái)不銹鋼加工行業(yè)也有了明顯的發(fā)展。而在不銹鋼材料的實(shí)際應用中,很多因素都會(huì )對其造成影響,而“酸”就是比較常見(jiàn)的一種。所以今天就帶各位一起來(lái)了解酸對不銹鋼材料主要有哪些影響。

  在當前各類(lèi)酸性介質(zhì)當中,鎳對奧氏體不銹鋼耐蝕性能的影響是非常明顯的,尤其是在高溫高壓水中的一些條件下鎳含量的增加會(huì )導致鋼和合金的晶間型應力腐蝕性增加,但是這種不利作用會(huì )由于鋼及合金中鉻含量的提高而獲得減輕或受到抑制。

  不僅如此,如果不銹鋼材料當中鎳含量的增加產(chǎn)生晶間腐蝕的臨界碳含量就會(huì )降低,但鎳對不銹鋼材料耐點(diǎn)腐蝕及縫隙腐蝕的性能的作用并不是很明顯。
