鈑金機箱的加工工藝

按鈑金件的基本加工方式,如下料、折彎、拉伸、成型、焊接。 本規范闡述每一種加工方式所要注意的工藝要求。

下料

下料根據加工方式的不同,可分為普沖、數沖、剪床開(kāi)料、激光切割、風(fēng)割,由于加工方法的不同,下料的加工工藝性也有所不同。 鈑金下料方式主要為數沖和激光切割。

折彎

材料彎曲時(shí),其圓角區上,外層收到拉伸,內層則受到壓縮。當材料厚度一定時(shí),內r越小,材料的拉伸和壓縮就越嚴重;當外層圓角的拉伸應力超過(guò)材料的極限強度時(shí),就會(huì )產(chǎn)生裂縫和折斷,因此,彎曲零件的結構設計,應避免過(guò)小的彎曲圓角半徑。

拉伸

拉伸件底部與直壁之間的圓角半徑應大于板厚,即r1≥t 。為了使拉伸進(jìn)行得更順利,一般取r1=(3~5)t,*大圓角半徑應小于或等于板厚的8倍,即r1≤8t。拉伸件由于各處所受應力大小各不相同,使拉伸后的材料厚度會(huì )發(fā)生變化。一般來(lái)說(shuō),底部中央保持原來(lái)的厚度,底部圓角處材料變薄,頂部靠近凸緣處材料變厚,矩形拉伸件四周圓角處材料變厚。

成型

在板狀金屬零件上壓筋,有助于增加結構剛性,百葉窗通常用于各種罩殼或機殼上起通風(fēng)散熱作用,其成型方法是借凸模的一邊刃口將材料切開(kāi),而凸模的其余部分將材料同時(shí)作拉伸變形,形成一邊開(kāi)口的起伏形狀。

焊接

焊接方法主要有電弧焊、電渣焊、氣焊、等離子弧焊、熔化焊、壓力焊、釬焊,鈑金產(chǎn)品焊接主要為電弧焊、氣焊。

電弧焊具有靈活、機動(dòng),適用性廣泛,可進(jìn)行全位置焊接;所用設備簡(jiǎn)單、耐用性好、維護費用低等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。但勞動(dòng)強度大,質(zhì)量不夠穩定,決定于操作者水平。適用焊接3mm以上的碳鋼、低合金鋼、不銹鋼和銅、鋁等非鐵合金氣焊火焰溫度和性質(zhì)可以調節,于弧焊熱源比熱影響區寬,熱量不如電弧集中,生產(chǎn)率低,應用于薄壁結構和小件的焊接,可焊鋼,鑄鐵,鋁,銅及其合金,硬質(zhì)合金等。
