金屬塑性成形 利用金屬材料的塑性性質(zhì)加工,金屬材料經(jīng)成形過(guò)程后,其組織、性能獲得改善和提高。凡受交變載荷作用或受力條件惡劣的設備鈑金構件,一般都要通過(guò)塑性成形過(guò)程,才能達到使用要求。塑性成形是無(wú)切屑成形方法,因而能使工件獲得良好的流線(xiàn)形狀及合理的材料利用率。用塑性成形方法可使工件尺寸達到較高精度,具有很高的生產(chǎn)效率。

塑性成形分冷成形、溫成形和熱成形。溫成形要考慮溫度對材料性質(zhì)的影響,熱成形還要考慮材料的蠕變效應。金屬塑性成形包括塊體成形、板料成形及軋制等(見(jiàn)塑性力學(xué))。各種塑性成形都以金屬材料具有塑性性質(zhì)為前提,都需要有外力作用,都存在外摩擦的影響,都遵循著(zhù)共同的金屬學(xué)和塑性力學(xué)規律。

應用塑性力學(xué)原理研究金屬成形規律的方法稱(chēng)金屬成形的塑性分析,

它的任務(wù)為:

①研究塑性成形過(guò)程中有關(guān)力學(xué)的各種解法,以分析變形體內的應力應變分布規律,并確定變形力和變形功,以便合理地選擇設備噸位及模具強度。

②研究塑性成形過(guò)程中構件應變和尺寸的變化規律,選擇合適的坯料和合理的中間毛坯形狀,以便*優(yōu)地達到構件所需的形狀。

③研究溫度、應變率效應等加工條件對金屬塑性加工抗力的影響以及提高金屬韌性和降低抗力的措施,以獲得具有良好性能的構件。金屬成形的塑性分析方法主要有主應力法、滑移線(xiàn)法、上限法、有限元法等;而常用的實(shí)驗方法則有視塑性法和密柵云紋法。
