數控加工中心常用兩種的對刀方法:

  數控加工中心常用的對刀方法主要有對刀儀對刀、自動(dòng)對刀及試切法對刀等幾種。由于一個(gè)工件完整的加工工序可能會(huì )涉及幾把甚至幾十把刀具,因試切法較為原始,并且對刀精度較差,因而很少采用。我們著(zhù)重看一下前兩種較為典型的對刀方法:

  1、自動(dòng)對刀法

  自動(dòng)對刀是利用數控加工中心配置的刀具檢測功能實(shí)現的,這一裝置可以自動(dòng)**地測出每把刀具各個(gè)坐標方向的長(cháng)度,并可以自動(dòng)修正刀具誤差值,整個(gè)檢測及修正過(guò)程可在機床正常運行的基礎上實(shí)現。這種對刀方法完全靠電子控制裝置實(shí)現的,排除了人為對刀的誤差,因而對刀精度更高,對刀效率也更好。

  2、對刀儀對刀法

  采用對刀儀進(jìn)行對刀,因其經(jīng)濟型較高,是現在數控加工中心對刀的主要方法。對刀分為機內對刀儀對刀和機外對刀儀對刀兩種。機外對刀儀對刀需要預先在機床外面校正好,然后把刀裝上機床上就可以使用了;機內對刀儀對刀是將刀具直接安裝在機床某一固定位置上進(jìn)行測量的方法。
